Bachmanns Spectrum Series; RTR, Porter 0-4-0T in Large (1:20:3) Scale Review by Jeff Saxton Photos by John Sipple Bachmann Industries has released its 1:20.3 scale model of a Porter small, industrial steam switcher. Beginning in 1866 up to the early 1950s, the H. K.
