Youth oriented railroad club offers hands-on experience for young model railroaders Story by Jennifer Lindsay • Photos courtesy of Larry Price and the Youth in Model Railroading On the first Saturday of the month, a group of nearly 65 exuberant boys and girls ranging from 8-18 years of age meet together for a hands-on model railroading experience. They call themselves the “Youth in Model Railroading” (YMR). Their goal: to have fun while developing skills that will last a lifetime. Learn more in this month’s issue. |
